02 · Set up

AI training for your team, on your own work.

Two sessions on your own files. You leave with a working setup and a written guide.

Two sessions. Four hours. Your own work.

No slides and no recording. We configure your workspace live, then build two things inside it with you.

  1. Before · Free

    A 20-minute call

Tell us how your team works. We tell you where a set-up would save time, and whether it is worth it.

  2. Session 1 · 2 h live

    Foundations

We configure live, on your machine

Plan and limits, standing instructions, one working folder, connectors decided one tool at a time. Then the two files that carry everything afterwards, and your writing voice captured from mail you have sent.

At the end of session 1: your workspace is configured and bounded. Claude knows your conventions, can reach the tools you chose, and cannot reach the ones you did not.

  3. Session 2 · 2 h live

    Practice

    We capture instead of describing

Two builds on your real work: a skill captured from a task we run together and correct until it is right, then a live page plugged into your tools.

At the end of session 2: one skill that triggers on your own words, and one artifact you will open on Monday. Both on your account, both editable by you.

  4. Optional

    Follow-ups

Booked only if the first two sessions held: more skills, rollout to the team, scheduled work. Deepening, not rescue.

  5. Afterwards

    You, alone, with the guide

We write it all down and leave

    • The live sessionsTwo hours, twice, on your screen and your data.
    • The complete written guideThe full step-by-step document behind the method, yours to keep.
    • Videos and diagramsShort recordings of each configuration step and the diagrams that explain the method, so the parts you half-remember three weeks later are ten seconds away rather than a support ticket.

Session 1 · Foundations

One working folder

  1. Create one folder for this work. Claude reads and writes there, and nowhere else.
  2. Write the standing instructions: who you are, how you write, what never to do.
  3. Add connectors one tool at a time. Reads first; a write only where a person approves.

You keep this page. Re-run it for the next person who joins.

What you leave with.

Four things, all on your own account, all yours to change.

  1. A configured, bounded workspace

Claude knows your conventions, can reach the tools you chose, and cannot reach the ones you did not.

  2. One skill

Captured from a recurring task we run together, and triggered by your own words.

  3. One live page

An artifact plugged into your tools, the one you will open on Monday.

  4. The written guide

The full step-by-step document behind the method, yours to keep, to re-run for every new person who joins.

Three doors in. Every one of them leaves you the guide.

Self-serve, one session, or the full four hours. The written guide, the deliverable that outlives us, is in all three.

Five ordinary tasks, both ways.

The same five tasks, done by hand and with a set-up. Pick one to compare.

EstimateOur estimates for a typical week, not measurements of your firm.

A weekly client review

One sentence triggers the skill. You edit a draft that already uses your format.

  • Inbox triage

By hand Read everything, decide twice, forget which thread needed you. (≈ 30 min / day · our estimate)

Configured Sorted by what is waiting on you, with drafts in your own register. (≈ 10 min / day · our estimate)

  • Minutes and actions

By hand Type up notes, then chase people for owners and deadlines. (≈ 40 min · our estimate)

Configured House format enforced, actions extracted with owners and dates. (≈ 10 min · our estimate)

Put your own numbers in.

We have no benchmark to sell you and no study to cite. Enter four figures about your own firm.

The result is an estimate, built only from the figures you enter.

Questions about the set-up.

Nobody here is technical.

Nothing in either session requires code. A skill is a page of plain instructions; a working folder is a folder. The most technical thing you will do is decide which tools Claude may write to, which is a judgement about your firm rather than about software.

Two hours, twice. Is that really enough?

It is enough to get one workflow genuinely running and to teach the method that produces the next one. It is not enough to automate a department.

Do we need a particular Claude plan?

Cowork runs on the paid plans (Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise) and you need the desktop app for anything that touches local files. On Team and Enterprise an administrator may need to enable it first. We will tell you which plan fits before you buy one, on the introductory call, and we take no commission either way.

Current details are on Anthropic’s own page.

What happens if it does not stick after you leave?

That is the usual outcome of AI training, and it is why the format is what it is. Two things fight it. The first is that everything is built on your own live work rather than on an example, so what exists at the end of session two is already in use. The second is the written guide: the sessions are not the deliverable on their own, the document that lets you re-run them is.
